How do i track an order?
An e-mail will be sent with all tracking information.
When will my parcel be delivered?
In most instances we aim for Next day delivery if ordered before 3pm, and for all orders over the weekend please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
If I purchase an item can it be returned?
If you would like to return an item that is not required there will be a restocking charge. Please contact us prior to returning.
If the item that i have purchased is faulty/damaged , how can this be resolved?
Simply go to contact us, enter your details and you will be contacted by our customer service team.
How much would i expect to pay for my delivery ?
Delivery charges are £6.95 + VAT.
How long is my warranty?
All of our reconditioned and new spares have 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated
Can I order spare parts through the website?
Yes! Spare parts can be ordered online.
We also offer an advanced service which automatically adds a refundable deposit of £35 which on delivery of your faulty part will be refunded to you within 2 – 3 working days. If you would like to send your faulty part into us to be fixed or exchanged then contact one of our heating specialists on 0151 639 9312 and we would be happy to assist.
