Local deliveries to the Wirral are free of charge.

For all other UK Mainland customers, our standard carriage charge is £6.95 + VAT. Delivery charges may vary depending on size, quantity and weight of parcels.

Whilst we make every effort to dispatch your purchase as quickly as possible, please allow 1 – 3 days for your order to be delivered.




All new and refurbished/reconditioned parts are subject to our cancellation and returns policy.


If you wish to cancel an order you can notify us by email at or phone on 0151 639 9312 before we have dispatched any goods to you.

Where goods have already been dispatched, The customer may only return items to Boiler fix, Unit 3, Falcongate Industrial Estate, Old Gorsey lane, Wallasey, CH44 4HD, and receive a credit or refund on the following conditions:

The Customer may only return items for a refund or credit with the prior consent of Boilerfix /

Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery for postal orders or within 14 days of receipt for shop purchases.

Items must be returned to Boilerfix / in their original condition and packaging and in a condition which will enable them to be fit for re-sale.

The Customer must return the item/part with a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

The cost of returning goods shall be the purchasers’ responsibility. Carriage costs will NOT be refunded.

Any goods removed from original sealed packaging are classed as fitted and can only be returned if they are faulty.

We reserve the right to send faulty goods to the manufacturer to be tested before a refund is processed. These associated charges will be passed to the customer if the fault is not derived from the part in question.

Special order items / non stocked items / printed circuit boards and gas valves are non-refundable.

All items returned to Boilerfix / will be at cost to the Customer (carriage prepaid) and at the customer’s own risk.

Boilerfix / accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to items in transit (please ensure they are appropriately packed for carriage).

Please seek advice or consult the appropriate manufacturer for advice if you are unsure of a fault before ordering parts.

Please compare any parts before removing them from the inner packaging to confirm that the part is the correct item to be replaced.


(i)Return of refurbished/reconditioned parts are subject to the following Boilerfix / terms and conditions

1/ returned parts are subject to inspection by Boilerfix / engineers and shall be allowed a period of 48hrs for suitable inspection and testing of returned parts

2/ where possible, returned refurbished/reconditioned parts will be replaced with a suitable refurbished/reconditioned part

3/ in circumstances where a refurbished/reconditioned part cannot be supplied (out of stock)  the customer will be given the option to purchase an original manufacturers part subject to the balance difference between the refurbished/reconditioned part and the original manufacturers part AND carriage (where applicable) being paid.

4/ Boilerfix / does not guarantee stock availability and shall not be held responsible for delays caused when out of stock parts are not available and new parts have to be ordered.

All Items ordered are only refundable if they are found to be defective.

Items ordered incorrectly, misdiagnosed, tampered with or no longer required are non-refundable. Items damaged by incorrect electrical connection are non-refundable.

All new items carry a 12 month warranty, refurbished items carry a 6 month warranty, used/reconditioned items carry a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Any warranty does not cover or include items that have been tampered with or damaged by dropping or connecting to other faulty parts or equipment.

Should a refurbished/reconditioned part develop a fault within the guarantee period please return the item for inspection or exchange subject to terms and conditions (i) 1 – 4.

The guarantee period for exchanged refurbished/reconditioned parts is subject to the original guarantee period of the purchased part and the guarantee is not extended by the replacement of another part.

New parts are covered by a 12month manufacturer’s warranty. Once installed, it is the manufacturer of the part who should be contacted for advice if a fault is suspected.

All prices are subject to the current rate of vat at 20%

Boilerfix / reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods when:

1/ payment cannot be cleared

2/there is a discrepancy with product information or pricing

3/items are not available

Correct diagnosis and ordering of parts is the sole responsibility of the customer. Boilerfix / accepts no responsibility for inaccurate information leading to incorrect parts being ordered.

Description of parts – unless stated otherwise, supplied parts do not include washers, gaskets or seals. Boilerfix / endeavours to provide original manufacturers parts and where these are not supplied and a suitable copy is used they will be stated as such.

Refurbished/reconditioned parts – Boilerfix / offers a supply only service of refurbished/reconditioned parts at present.

Depending on the nature of the part, refurbished/reconditioned parts are subject to any or all of the following tests

1/ stripdown and rebuild

2/ replacement of components

3/ soldering

4/ electrical testing

5/ cleaning, lubricating, greasing

6/ high temperature spray coating

7/ performance testing

8/ final inspection and testing

All refurbished/reconditioned parts come fully tested and inspected and are guaranteed for a period of three months from the date of purchase.
